About ME

I’m an artist based in Dubai, UAE.  I’ve had a passion for creativity since childhood. Art for me is a continuous process of self-discovery and expression. Art has given me the opportunity to share my creative thoughts in the form of paintings on canvas.I mainly paint in acrylic and oil medium, I paint Abstract and mixed media paintings. My art is greatly influenced by the impressionist style of painting. My work is really about color and texture. When I paint, I simply react to the painting process and add a lot of layers of paint, as this gives it much depth and I believe a painting is finished when I feel the sense of harmony and balance has been achieved. My work is really about color and texture. I mostly use intense dark shades and dramatic light colors along with textures to intensify the painting. Seascapes and Landscapes are my favorite subject to paint as I’m most inspired by nature. I prefer to use a limited palette in my series of paintings to keep the uniformity going and I believe I resonate with the color turquoise, which is a color I love to incorporate in my paintings.
